Throughout my years of surfing I have spent a lot of time gazing at waves – they fascinate me. I am continually amazed at the myriad of colours involved, all dependent upon the size, shape, weather, seabed, etc. As my painting develops I am beginning to realise that their colours are not always what you might first imagine.
