I spent a really wet afternoon in my campervan at the edge of this lochan sketching. It lies just at the foot of Ben Lawers, just past the visitor’s centre. The scene was very atmospheric and I have tried to capture the dark, brooding colours and the sheets of wind and rain scudding across the water!
