This painting is dedicated to our friend, Stuart, who sadly took his last ride through the glens of Scotland this October. The light on this day was very special, with bright shafts of sunlight breaking through the dark purple clouds and shrouds of mist curling through the valleys. Patches of bright blue sky appeared here and there, reflecting off the water. He will be much missed.
